EASY CALIBRATION OF APP TO YOUR PIANO
This calibration may not even be necessary, but if you feel like the volume range that PianoDisc Remote gives you isn't big enough, then follow this procedure to adjust it.
* Start PianoDisc Remote App
*Touch the Music Button on the Main page of the app.
* Select a PianoDisc sync album. This is an album with piano and audio. Something like "Intimate Strings".
*Make sure the speaker under your piano is turned up. It has 3 knobs. Turn all of them up to about 85%.
*There are two ways to adjust the volume of the piano and speaker with PianoDisc Remote.
*You can have the master volume fader of your device present on the Main page of the app or you can choose to not have it. Both ways can be calibrated.
Master Fader of device not present here. You only have two balance faders: One for Piano and the other for Audio.
Notice the Red Rectangle. This is the Master Volume control of your device. So you have balance control here and control over the main volume of your device. This is essentially the mechanical volume control on your device. That control has been disabled and this has replaced it.
Toggle between these screens by pushing Master V.
Calibration with No Master in Main.
*Touch Master V button until the red master fader is gone.
*Touch Music. Select and orchestrated PianoDisc sync cd like instimate strings.
*Touch Play
*Now push and hold the Master V button for 5 seconds. This page will appear

*Adjust the Piano Fader up or down until you reach a minimum for the piano. Make the piano play as softly as possible without dropping notes. Once you've done that, touch the Set Low button that's to the left of the piano icon.
*Adjust the Speaker Fader up and down until it sounds good with the softly playing piano.
*Turn up the piano volume until you reach a maximum volume at which you'd ever want the piano to play. Adjust this a little bit higher than you think you should just to give yourself plenty of range. I usually turn up Piano Fader all the way and then touch Set High.
*Turn up the Audio Fader up until it sounds good with the loudly playing piano. Touch its corresponding Set High button.
***Now touch Done. That's it.
******************* If you feel that when you turned up the piano that it just wasn't powerful enough, adjust the
"Set Master Max Volume Here" fader at the top of the page.

The volume of your device goes all the way up to 100. This is a very strong signal, and it's way too much for your piano to safely play. By default, PianoDisc Remote turns this overall volume down to 46. To give yourself more power, turn this up and go through the calibration procedure again. By now, you'll have to start the song over that you were listening to.
CALIBRATION WITH MASTER IN MAIN
*Touch the Music button. Pick an orchestrated song.
*Push and hole the Master V button.
*This screen appears.
*Turn up or down the Master Fader at the bottom of the page until the piano and speaker reach a low minimum volume at which the piano still plays without dropping notes.
*Touch Set Low.
Now turn up the Master Fader at the bottom of the page until the piano and audio reach a maximum volume at which you'd ever want them to play. Once again, I just turn this all the way up to 100. That gives me plenty of volume to work with.
*Touch Done
***Once again if you feel like you don't have enough power to work with, turn up the "Set Master Volume Here" fader at the top of the page and do the procedure again.
Okay we're done. You can calibrate anytime you want. It's really no big deal.
You can save your new settings if you'd like. They will still be brought up automatically, but to save what you just did,
go into Settings by entering 0000. This screen will appear. Touch "Set Custom". Once you've done this, you can then push the "Reset Custom" button, and your values will be reset. If you feel like your adjustments weren't right, you can always reset the app to play with its default volumes and levels by pushing the "Reset Default". To see your new custom values, touch "Setting Values". Notice that you can set your levels and limits for master in and out of main from this page.
Set your levels for Master in Main
Set your levels for No Master in Main.
ADVANCED: You most likely won't have to bother with these procedures below, but if your piano just won't play right, then watch these videos. Only use the app after your piano itself has been calibrated to work right. Your tech/tuner should be able to do these things for you.
Save your changes here.
